Job Description

 :

Receiving indents from different departments and dispatching the material as per the requirement to all areas timely.

• Responsible to maintain records of purchase, material issue, stock levels and minimum stock.
• Maintains inventory by checking to determine inventory levels
• Entry all Materials in Focus software.
• Managing documents of Stock
• Preparing stock reports
• Having a good Knowledge of Store, Inventory control. Material issue & Receiving. Invoice Processing, Keeping proper records of Inward, Outward Register ,Knowledge of physically inspection of Goods
